beleive.me is a creative fiction platform. All Perosnas, careers, job titles, companies, and content on this platform are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental.

Everything on beleive.me is fiction by design. This is understood by everyone who participates — authors, readers, and anyone who encounters this content elsewhere. Content created here is born fictional and stays fictional, no matter where it ends up.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this service to:

• Target, harass, or defame real individuals
• Post content intended to cause harm to specific persons
• Impersonate real people with malicious intent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that targets real individuals for harassment or defamation. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

4. Content License

Since all content on beleive.me is fictional, it works a little differently from other platforms. By posting content (including Updates, Testimonials, Perosna profiles, and other creative works), you grant beleive.me a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for any purpose related to the platform — including running the service, improving it, and sharing what makes it great.

Because the content is fiction with no real personal information attached, we may also share anonymized content data with third parties — for example, for research or to help build better technology. When we do, it's always clearly labeled as fiction, and your personal information (email, IP, account details) is never included.

You retain ownership of your original content and can request deletion at any time by contacting legal@beleive.me. We'll remove it from the platform, though anonymized versions that have already been shared externally may continue to exist.

This service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for user-generated content. Nothing on this platform should be taken as factual.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
