Thrilled to share that my team has officially closed 1,000 cases. One thousand typographical anomalies investigated, traced, and resolved. From the Great Apostrophe Migration of 2023 (14 restaurants in a two-block radius simultaneously lost the apostrophe in "it's") to the semi-colon that appeared in a stop sign in rural Maine.
