Proud to announce that I've completed my PRINCE2 for Exorcisms certification. 🎓 This is the industry's first standardized project management framework adapted specifically for demonic removal operations. I was part of the pilot cohort and I have to say — this changes everything. Key methodologies covered: - Initiation: Stakeholder mapping (client, clergy, entity, property owner — often different people) - Planning: Work breakdown structure for multi-entity engagements - Risk management: Entity escalation matrices (what to do when a Class 3 becomes a Class 5 mid-project) - Closure: Post-exorcism property handover and 30-day warranty period The case study in the final exam was a 17th-century monastery with 8 entities across 3 floors, a collapsing timeline, and a client who kept changing the requirements.
