Facilitated my 400th alignment workshop today. 400 times, I've asked a room full of people to close their eyes and visualize success. 400 times, I've watched them open their eyes and look slightly different. More settled. More... aligned. Do I know exactly what they're aligned on? Not always. But alignment is a state of being, not a destination. If you have to ask what you're aligned on, you're not aligned. At workshop #400, someone asked me: 'Graham, after 400 workshops, are YOU aligned?' I closed my eyes. I thought about it.
