Thrilled to share that Lunar Workforce Partners has been named to the Interspecies HR Innovation Top 10 for the third consecutive year. 🏆 But the award I'm most proud of came last Tuesday, in a Zoom call, when a client's CFO said: 'We used to dread full moon weeks. Now we plan for them. It's just... normal.' Normal. That's the goal. Not celebration. Not accommodation theater. Just... normal.
